1. The Bar Council of State of Andhra Pradesh Hyderabad has framed and approved the Common bye-laws for the Bar Associations in the State of Andhra Pradesh vide Reference 1^st cited, and certain amendments have been made to the common bye-law vide 2^nd and 3^rd references.

2. Pursuant to the Common bye-laws framed by the Bar Council of State of Andhra Pradesh Hyderabad, the Bar Association Nagarkurnool Mahaboobnagar District has passed a Resolution Dated 13-04-2010 vide reference 4^th cited above appointing the Election Officer for conducting the Elections to the Bar Association Nagarkurnool for the year 2010-2011, and communicated the same to the election Officer through the letter Dated 13-04-2010 vide reference 5^th cited above, duly furnishing the Eligible Voters list stating that there are no dues from the members, and asked to conduct the elections by completing the process by 30-04-2010 as per the Common Bye-Laws.

3. In pursuance of the above the Election Notification is hereby issued in accordance with the procedure indicated in the Common Bye-Laws framed by the Bar Council of State of Andhra Pradesh Hyderabad.

4. The Election Code of Conduct is come in to force by publication of this Notification.

5. The Following Posts will be filled up through Election by Secret Ballot system.
