               We have received a letter from the Election Officer Sri.Babu Pears in Reference cited 5^th above BY ENCLOSING THE VOTER LIST CONTAINING 74 MEMBERS AS VOTERS requesting to examine the list of voters as to their entitlement to caste the vote in this election with reference to the objections filed by some members questioning that the some of the members included in the voters list are not practicing in this court and they never shared in any problems of the Bar Association at any time, but simply coming to vote at the time of elections, thus the credibility of executive committee has lost its importance and on the other hand the entire purpose of the electing the executive committee is under the threat of outsiders who are not at all bother about the welfare of the association and finally requested to remove them  from voters list disentitling from voting.  

            We have gone through with the Voters list published sent to us and examined with the objections and also taken in to consideration of welfare of Bar Association and lastly come to the following conclusion.

            After thorough examination of the issue of voters list, we have the considered opinion that the following members are never come to the court linked with the welfare of Association and never participated  during the troubles faced by the Bar Association as such, there entitlement to caste vote will certainly damage the welfare of Association which cannot be encouraged, accordingly we are of the considered opinion the list mentioned below are not eligible to cast their votes in the election, however they may be treated as members in the affairs of Bar Association accordingly we recommend the Election Officer the members indicated below be remove from the voters list.

         

           In view of the circumstances the Objection Petitions filed by P.Srinivas Goud Vice President, Narsoji Treasurer, Arjunaiah Library Secretary executive members P.Sreekar babu, Swamynath and P.Srinivas Reddy, Jagadishwar Reddy, Jeevankumar and others and  A.Sreenivas Reddy stands good.

           

         The Election Officer is hereby requested to finalize the Voters list as per seniority by removing the following members in order to complete the Election Process.
