ORDER:
In the letter 2nd read above, the Registrar (Vigilance), High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the State of Telangana and the State of A.P. has informed that the High Court having considered the proposal of the Government of Telangana and decided to shift the certain Fast Track Courts as mentioned therein, from existing stations to the Stations as proposed and requested the Government for establishment of the said Fast Track Courts for the stations mentioned in Column No.4 of the Table below by way of shifting from the stations mentioned in column No.2 thereof along with their paraphernalia.
2. Government, after careful examination of the proposal of the Registrar (Vigilance), High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the State of Telangana and the State of Andhra Pradesh hereby order for establishment of Fast Track Courts for the stations mentioned in column No.4 of the Table below by way of shifting from the stations mentioned in column No.2 of the Table along with their paraphernalia.
