Subject; M.Madhusudhan Rao S/o Late M.Ramachander Rao Age 58 years, Occupation Legal Practitioner, R/o H.No 17-102, Srinagar Colony, Nagarkurnool, District Mahaboobnagar- Submission of Application Under Section 6 of Right to Information Act seeking the information with regard to Formation of Additional District Courts at Wanaparthy and Nagarkurnool, in the shape of Certified Copies-Requested Regarding.
I respectfully submit that the Litigants and common people as well as Advocates of Nagarkurnool Bar Association are demanding for formation of Additional District Court at Nagarkurnool since several years and submitted plenty of material in support of the demand. It is also submitted that despite the demands as mentioned above the process of formation of Additional District Court at Nagarkurnool is still not finalized. In view of the above I request the Information Officer District Court Mahaboobnagar to furnish the information detailed below for the purpose of making further efforts for achievement of the genuine demand of people, litigants and Advocates of Nagarkurnool.
It is also submitted that, the Members of Bar Association Wanaparthy in Mahaboobnagar District, the Politicians of Wanaparthy area were also made their efforts for formation of Additional District Court at Wanaparthy, and I came to know that the demand of Wanaparthy Advocates has been considered, and the demand of Nagarkurnool people discarded.
Therefore it is humbly submitted that the Information Officer District Court Mahaboobnagar notified under the Gazette, may be pleased to provide the information relating to formation of Additional District Judge Nagarkurnool which is not considered and the information relating to formation Additional District Judge at Wanaparthy whose demand was considered, in the shape of Certified Copies at the earliest please.
REQUIRED INFORMATION IN THE SHAPE OF CERTIFIED COPIES
1 The Representations submitted by the Bar Association Nagarkurnool, Kollapoor and Achampet, to the Honourable District Judge Mahaboobnagar as well as their Lordships of Honourable Judges of Andhra Pradesh High Court.
2 The Representations submitted by the Bar Association, Wanaparthy.
3 The Statics and information collected by the Honourable District Judge Mahaboobnagar on the Representations so received from the various Bar Associations etc.
4 Statements of Pending Cases which are collected by the District Court Mahaboobnagar for the formation of Additional District Judge Court at Wanaparthy.
5 Statements of Pending Cases collected by the District Judge Mahaboobnagar which are required for formation of Additional District Court at Nagarkurnool.
6 Statistics of Distance from Achampet to Wanaparthy, Kollapoor to Wanaparthy, Nagarkurnool to Wanaparthy as well as the distances to Wanaparthy from the Mandals likely to added to newly formed Additional District Court Wanaparthy.
7 Information, report and relevant detailed Documents sent to the Honourable High Court along with the proposals on the basis of demand of Bar Association Wanaparthy.
8 Information, report and relevant detailed Documents sent to the Honourable High Court if any based on the Representations made by the Bar Association Nagarkurnool.
9 Government Order (G.O) issued by the Government of Andhra Pradesh ordering to formation of Additional District Judge at Wanaparthy.
10 Any other information relating to the formation of Additional Courts in various places of Mahaboobnagar District.
I respectfully submit that the required Application Fee of Rs 25/- as per the Gazette is paid through Court Fee Stamps, and that I have furnished my Postal Address for future Communication, and that I shall undertake to pay the Charges as per law for providing the above documents as and when informed to me for delivery of said information in the shape of Certified Copies.
